Beautiful view. Polite and helpful staff room didn’t have a fan asked for one at reception and they were extremely obliging and got a fan within half an hour. Aircon worked so well. Great security super easy to find your park and they even have rubbish shutes on each of the floors! The one thing I would say is that the apartment we stayed in (704) probably does need some paint but other than that it was beautiful. Comfortable beds and the pool was impeccable no dirt in it whatsoever. Just left today, definitely will be staying there again!
Great location in a quieter part of the Gold Coast. Room was clean and functional. The best part was the view. About 1km walk to nearest coffee shops and restaurants however it’s all along the water front. Plenty of secure undercover parking . Building permanent residents we met were friendly
Was suitable for our needs. Everything was neat and tidy and working. Staff was quick to respond and informative.
Location was great. Room stunk , carpet was soaking wet due to a shower leak that staff didn't even know about apparently , advised them, was told would be looked at straight away after we checked out , we were only there one night , no apology given, room we booked online was not the room we were given, bed configuration wasn't what I booked either, mould all over shower ceiling, bed side lamp didnt work, grubby walls and glass balcony door and furniture dirty...balcony overlooking water was great to have, linens were lovely and clean. Free secure parking was great. Wasn't worth $274 though due to issues. Dissspointed no apology or part refund offered.
We stayed here for two weeks and was not disappointed. Our room was so clean and tidy, it had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable trip and the pool was perfect! It was also close to cafes, a lovely park, the tram and only 10 minutes away from Surfers. Highly recommend this place! ❤️
Apartment 405
Pros: Convenient location to everything. Good views on the balcony. Water pressure in the bathroom is good. Prices are decent if you book early enough.
Cons: Booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Got a one bedroom. The 'second' bedroom is just a part of the unit that's been sectioned off with flimsy blinds that don't even reach the ceiling. We booked 6 nights and were only provided with 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 laundry sachet, 1 roll of toilet paper etc. Dishwasher doesn't work properly, cycle goes all night if you let it. Nothing provided to wipe down benches or clean up after meals. Only 1 towel rail in bathroom. The other looks like it was broken off and never replaced. Room is dated, definitely needs to be fixed, updated and repainted. Dryer in laundry is very old, filter is missing so lint goes everywhere when you use it. TV is old so can't connect to any media streaming services. Pay TV channels cut in and out so you can't watch them.
Will not stay here again.
We travelled as a group of 4 families so booked 4 seperate rooms. While three rooms were together in the 5th floor, one room was in the second. After 24 hours we were granted access to both floors. While it was disappointing for the family …
Amazing place. Location is stunning. Rooms are exactly what you need want and ask for. Facilities are great with the pool spa gym etc well maintained. Mostly the service from booking to checking out was perfect. Thank you, we will definitely return
